Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up. Dr. Dhaliwal will check the health of your pet from nose to tail, explaining her tips and recommendations on the best options for your pet. Yearly internal parasite testing, vaccinations and monthly flea prevention are also recommended, as well as spaying or neutering and routine dental cleanings. When you come in for your appointment, bring in any medical history and vaccine records you have for your pet. It's best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts, changes in eating or drinking and any medications they may take. If you have kept something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important and any questions or concerns and we’ll do our best to work with
whatever information you have.
