New client appointments require a $68 deposit per pet that will go towards your pet's scheduled exam. This is
non-refundable if you no show to your appointment or cancel the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: Please notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel and/or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of $68. No-show and/or cancellation 4 days of less before a scheduled surgery will result in a non-refundable, non-transferable 20% fee of the surgery estimate.
