NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $35 DEPOSIT per pet THAT WILL go towards YOUR PET'S SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU NO SHOW TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OR CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
cANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: PLEASE NOTIFY US 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AND/OR RESCHEDULE. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE OF $35. nO-SHOW AND/OR CANCELLATION 4 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE A SCHEDULED SURGERY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE 20% FEE OF THE SURGERY ESTIMATE.
